WHAT I DO
For the last 11 years, including my time at university studying Sports Therapy, I have dedicated myself to understanding how the body works and how to keep it functioning optimally. With this knowledge, I myself have lost fat, gained muscle, strength and confidence, and my aim is to help you do the same.
I was a Personal Trainer at Pure Gym for 5 years and in April 2022 I started offering personal training sessions at Full Force Gym, as well as online training. I specialise in body fat reduction by strength training. An average clients' journey is at least 12 months, and in this time I have helped clients collectively lose over 86kg and 96 inches, and on average 4% body fat, with one client losing 40kg in total.
Alongside gaining strength, toning up and boosting their confidence, all clients have improved their fitness levels and overall health. The process can be a long one; it is a lifestyle change that will take a lot of time, effort and consistency on your part. I will be there every step of the way to support you in reaching your goals and educate you on how to maintain your progress.
ALL 1-2-1 PACKAGES INCLUDE...
WEEKLY SESSIONS
1+ personal training sessions per week including thorough strengthening techniques, stretching and mobility work, postural correction and cardio.
4-6 WEEK PROGRAMME
A full resistance training and cardio programme written in 4-6 week blocks to follow outside PT sessions; delivered via an app with videos to aid technique, as well as 8 optional monthly challenges.
NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE
A full 40+ page nutrition guide to help you reach your goals, personalised calorie and macro-nutrient goals, as well as a detailed guide to calories and My Fitness Pal, example meal plans and meal ideas, and monthly updated recipes and eating out survival guides!
HOME WORKOUTS
Full home workouts when needed delivered via an app, as well as class suggestions to help your stay on track outside sessions or when you can't make it to the gym.
PROGRESS CHECK INS
Health checks every 4-6 weeks including weight, measurements and fitness tests if applicable. On top of this you will get a weekly check in form to see how you're getting on week by week and at the end of every month.
24/7 SUPPORT
To support you as much as I can on your journey you will be able to message me anytime on the app or via WhatsApp, as well as having access to a private Instagram support page.

HYBRID TRAINING
Hybrid Training is a new set of packages that offers all the benefits of Online Coaching, as well as the chance to have monthly or bi-weekly 1-2-1 sessions without the cost of more regular 1-2-1 sessions.
This also includes 1x Zoom review per month and is paid by direct debit.

6 week barbell course, plus an optional 4 week add on programme to further your progress!
