About Me
Hi, I'm Soph and I've been a Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer since November 2017!
As a Sports Therapy Graduate and Massage Therapist, I spent 3 years at university learning about how the body works and how to keep it functioning optimally. Using this knowledge, I myself have lost fat, gained muscle and strength and become the healthiest I have ever been. My aim is to help you do the same, whether your goal is to lose weight, improve your strength and general fitness or just tone up, we can work together to achieve it!


When I first started getting in to fitness and training at the gym regularly my goal was purely to lose weight. I would mainly stick to cardio and jump on the odd weight machine when it was free.

However, after starting university and learning more about how the body works and which muscles do what, I moved into weight lifting and have never looked back. This has not only helped me lose weight and build muscle, but also keeps me feeling stronger, healthier and more confident.

My aim as a personal trainer is to help you feel the same; whether it's through fat loss, strength and muscle gain, general fitness or simply a change of lifestyle. Whatever your goal is I guarantee you will not only be able to reach and maintain it, but you will also start to feel happier, healthier and more confident along the way!
